Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Starbucks standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and customer areas
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and quality control protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
