Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of handcrafted hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and seasonal specialties, adhering strictly to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service, actively engaging with guests to take orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and digital transactions with high accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including the bar area, seating space, and restrooms, in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Promote and upsell Starbucks merchandise, whole-bean coffees, food items, and limited-time promotional offers.
- Manage stock replenishment, ensuring milk, coffee beans, syrups, and pastry items are fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate closely with team members and store managers to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent; prior experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A proactive learner who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with store operations.
