Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and inventory management procedures
- Actively participate in product knowledge training and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods an advantage
- Positive attitude with passion for customer satisfaction
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
