Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Create a warm, inviting, and positive customer experience for every guest who walks through the door.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently to ensure consistency.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products and policies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- A friendly, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
