Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company standards and recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and efficient transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas and equipment
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in multicultural environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
