Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other café items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking of café items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a hygienic work environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or hospitality training is a plus
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar food service role preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and master coffee-making techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required
