Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all cafe guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage POS operations, including taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Support kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and inventory replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and cafe supplies, alerting management when restocking is needed.
- Educate customers on coffee blends and menu offerings to enhance their experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a fast-paced cafe/F&B environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for coffee culture and a willingness to learn latte art and brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure periods during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong sense of accountability for work tasks.
