Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace at all times to ensure food safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their orders and preferences.
- Operate professional coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, with precision.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently using the cafe's ordering system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other cafe supplies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and proactive support for fellow team members.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working as a Barista or in a customer-facing cafe role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, milk steaming, and latte art (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the cafe operations.
- Strong commitment to food safety and personal hygiene standards.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is an added advantage.
