Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product recommendations
- Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas and equipment
- Process customer orders accurately through POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting stock levels
- Adhere to food safety protocols and store operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
