- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to Starbucks' recipes and quality standards
- Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Provide exceptional customer service with product recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory and stock supplies efficiently
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
