As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll handle cash transactions accurately, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and provide attentive service that reflects Bali’s renowned hospitality.
You’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to maintain a clean, organized workspace, restock supplies, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. - Prepare and serve high‑quality espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty coffee beverages with consistent taste and presentation.
- Operate cash register and handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests, answering questions about the menu and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate order fulfillment and manage peak‑hour rushes.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of food and beverage items.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a barista, cashier, or in a customer‑facing role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and basic latte art skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural smile.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
