Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality Japanese-inspired desserts and beverages following established recipes and standards
- Operate the POS system efficiently, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including service areas, equipment, and storage spaces
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking of ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive work environment that reflects our brand values
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and Japanese dessert techniques is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and recipes
- High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certification is a plus
