Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including dining areas and restrooms.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise to keep the store well-stocked.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods and lift light items.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations.
- Fluency in English (Malay language skills are a significant advantage).
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
