Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using various brewing techniques while maintaining consistent quality
- Conduct daily quality control checks on coffee beans, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Develop and implement coffee tasting protocols to ensure product consistency
- Train staff on coffee preparation methods and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee supplies and ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal coffee offerings
- Document quality control findings and implement improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in barista or coffee preparation role
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean varieties and brewing methods
- Certification in coffee quality control or sensory evaluation preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment
