Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items following company recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash/digital payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of espresso machines and brewing equipment.
- Assist in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and atmosphere of the cafe environment.
- Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and contribute to menu improvements or product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (SMK Perhotelan/Tata Boga is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, milk steaming, and latte art skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shift scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire for career growth and professional development.
- Well-groomed appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
