- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks
- Master latte art techniques and maintain consistent beverage quality
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines and grinders
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Manage inventory, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of workspace
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Participate in menu development and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year barista experience in high-volume settings
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean varieties
