Tanggung Jawab
- Craft high-quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and manual brews, maintaining strict quality control.
- Prepare and plate menu items efficiently, adhering to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including welcoming customers, processing orders, and handling transactions via the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, kitchen area, and dining space throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in ingredient preparation to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold excellent standards of customer service, resolving inquiries or concerns with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment maintenance and cash reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as a Barista or a combination of Barista and Kitchen/Cook roles.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction techniques, milk texturing, and basic food preparation methods.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy cafe environment without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks associated with cafe operations.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
