Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor barista staff to ensure high-quality service and consistency across all shifts.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and maintenance of the workstation.
- Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies to minimize waste and ensure stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in creating seasonal menus and special promotional drinks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Barista Supervisor is required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
