Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to Copper Club standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and addressing guest inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle cash and digital payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking milk, coffee beans, syrups, and other cafe supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in continuous training to improve brewing techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer feedback professionally.
- A proactive learner who is eager to improve their skills and adapt to new techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong team-player mindset.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined with a professional work ethic.
