Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes.
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service to all patrons.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet, including preparation areas, machines, and seating sections.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash payments professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company health standards at all times.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and handle inquiries or feedback with a positive attitude.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and passion for beverage craft.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
