Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks according to company standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace at all times to ensure food safety compliance.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash with integrity.
- Assist in the inventory management and restocking of cafe supplies and ingredients.
- Engage with customers to explain menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures during peak and off-peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment maintenance.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent beverage quality.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a commitment to excellent hygiene standards.
