- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Execute kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service through order taking, recommendations, and personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in coffee station and kitchen areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or Kitchen Cook in a hospitality setting
- Proficient in coffee brewing techniques (espresso, pour-over, etc.)
- Basic food preparation and cooking skills with knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
