Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering inquiries with a professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
- Operate and perform basic troubleshooting for professional espresso machines and grinders.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
- Create an inviting atmosphere for guests by maintaining the visual appeal of the coffee area.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the shop is ready for business.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, with a solid understanding of coffee extraction and milk texturing techniques.
- Strong passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to learn about new brewing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide warm customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality consistency.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Neat, professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic command of English and Indonesian.
