Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through order taking, product recommendations, and personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and supply ordering
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and peak service efficiency
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and product ingredients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
