Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and frappuccinos, following Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations to ensure a personalized experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including the front counter, dining area, and restrooms, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions accurately, and process digital payments.
- Restock ingredients, syrups, cups, and food items to ensure shelves are always fully prepared for service.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, such as coffee machines and blenders, to maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow and high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail industry is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods while performing duties.
