As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, ensuring each cup meets our high standards. You will interact directly with customers, taking orders with a smile and providing recommendations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, latte, and cold brew, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including the counter, seating area, and equipment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process payments and handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and supplies; assist with restocking and reordering.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health and safety regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong passion for coffee and the ability to learn brewing techniques quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
