Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards and recipes
- Master various brewing techniques including espresso, pour-over, and French press
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage preparation techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and new coffee products
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of coffee beans and their characteristics
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
