- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Master and execute cafe beverage recipes while maintaining quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee ingredients
- Collaborate with the pre-opening team to establish operational workflows
- Contribute to developing seasonal menu offerings and promotional concepts
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience preferred or strong passion for coffee culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
