Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee equipment, service areas, and customer seating zones
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and reporting shortages
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences and current offerings
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems and handle cash/card payments efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
