Your Daily Impact
You will be responsible for the entire coffee experience for our guests. From the first welcome to the perfect latte art finish, your energy and expertise will define our standard of excellence. Your role involves direct guest interaction, order management, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and beverage consistency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and teas according to established recipes.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all coffee brewing equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) to guarantee optimal performance and hygiene.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Efficiently handle POS transactions, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure the coffee station and dining areas are impeccably clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, supply ordering, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and serving teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest journey.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine your barista skills and expand your product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Barista in a reputable café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong foundational knowledge of coffee theory, roasting profiles, and espresso science.
- Professional-level skill in latte art and alternative brewing methods (V60, Aeropress, Cold Brew).
- Excellent customer service skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours.
- Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with our international guests; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
