Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all workstations and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product offerings
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
