Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and Frappuccinos® beverages, according to Starbucks standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Interact with customers with a friendly demeanor, taking orders accurately and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations strictly to ensure product quality.
- Assist in store operations, including stocking supplies, cleaning the dining area, and managing the drive-thru.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent teamwork and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Enthusiastic and passionate about coffee and customer service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
