Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Starbucks' recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and personalized recommendations
- Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
