- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and supply ordering

Kualifikasi
