Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistent quality and presentation
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, ingredients, and equipment using stock control systems
- Monitor stock levels, track usage patterns, and coordinate timely reordering of materials
- Maintain accurate financial records for daily transactions and inventory valuation
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with precision and accountability
- Support monthly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with finance team on supply budgeting and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in all operational areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance/accounting coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in barista or customer service role
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic financial documentation
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
