Are you a coffee enthusiast with a flair for hospitality? Glaze SG is looking for a vibrant and dedicated Barista & Front of House Associate to join our growing team in the Central Region. As the face of our cafe, you will work closely with our Head Barista to craft high-quality beverages while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve specialty coffee, teas, and beverages to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain excellence in customer service by greeting patrons warmly and assisting with menu recommendations.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to manage orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Assist the Head Barista with daily machine calibration, milk texturing, and latte art preparation.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including merchandising displays and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Handle inventory restocking and assist with opening and closing cafe procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a café or fast-paced hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for specialty coffee, tea, and excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee extraction and milk steaming techniques is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak service hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
