Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and tea according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station and workspace.
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in all aspects of work.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient workflow and prompt service.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge about coffee.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a specialty coffee environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and opening/closing times.
