Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using professional techniques
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards for equipment and workspace
- Engage warmly with customers to understand preferences and provide recommendations
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and consumables
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service operations
- Adhere to SACRA UBUD's beverage presentation and taste standards
- Support training initiatives for junior barista staff
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as a professional barista
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service orientation with Bahasa Indonesia fluency
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and weekends
- Basic understanding of cash handling and POS systems
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and multitasking
