Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines efficiently to ensure high-quality output during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the counter, service area, and dining seating.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock as needed.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure a cohesive menu offering.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is preferred but not strictly required for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and drink recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods.
- High level of physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light supplies.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must be available for both full-time and part-time shifts as required by business needs.
