Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell coffee products and promotional items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and product offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service and products.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
