Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to standard recipes and quality specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and inventory
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Participate in store merchandising and visual presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
