Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks with precision and style.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, including sanitizing workstations and polishing equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and supplies, and assist in restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during peak hours and busy events.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong passion for coffee and a keen interest in learning new brewing techniques and latte art.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Reliability and punctuality with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bags).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
