- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a 'customer comes first' attitude.
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items according to Starbucks brand standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure efficient store operations.
- Engage with drive-thru customers effectively to ensure quick and accurate service.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Support team members to maintain store performance and create a positive work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong passion for coffee culture and the Starbucks brand.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
