Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages according to Starbucks standards and recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas and equipment
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and merchandise
- Adhere to food safety protocols and store operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Positive attitude with passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting supplies
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative problem-solving abilities
