Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and food products according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently to maintain service flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including the front of house and back of house areas.
- Follow all cash handling procedures and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Engage with customers to answer questions and build lasting relationships.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry (preferred).
- Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of brewing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) is highly advantageous.
