Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and taking orders with a friendly demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and customer areas
- Operate coffee-making equipment and cash register efficiently
- Upsell food items and promotional products to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a food service or coffee shop environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
