- Deliver the legendary Starbucks Experience by providing prompt service and quality beverages.
- Master the art of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all customers.
- Efficiently handle Drive-Thru operations, ensuring speed and accuracy in every order.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and operational standards and guidelines.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work as part of a high-performing team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the food and beverage industry.
- Previous experience in cafe, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
