Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining room, and restrooms to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our coffee beans, brewing methods, and seasonal beverages.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and busy shifts.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges courteously.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or F&B service environment is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is an advantage.
