Tanggung Jawab
- Expertly prepare a wide range of coffee and non-coffee beverages, adhering to Karmafree Surf Shop's quality standards and recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Deliver outstanding and friendly customer service, taking orders, handling transactions, and engaging with guests in a welcoming manner.
- Manage cashier duties accurately, processing payments and balancing the till at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment, including the seating area, service counter, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other cafe supplies, assisting with stock replenishment orders.
- Work collaboratively with the surf shop team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Barista in a cafe or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, and latte art.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality beverages consistently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic math and experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and the unique culture of Bali and surf lifestyle.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
