Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a 'customer comes first' attitude.
- Handcraft high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including the drive-thru area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and partners.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and create a personalized experience.
- Support store inventory management, including restocking ingredients and retail merchandise.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment under minimal supervision.
- Passion for coffee culture and a desire to learn new skills.
